Our architectural design and planning team has a wealth of experience in the public and private sectors.

For over three decades we have developed a deep understanding of the market.  Adam Roberts Consultancy has worked predominantly in London and the South East, but has established a network that expands across the UK and Europe.

Design and Planning

Our extensive background in planning and development and good working relations with local authorities ensure that we are able to maximise the gross development value on any site.  The result is a seamless integration of architectural design and planning that can meet a number of detailed engineering and conceptual challenges.

Our architectural services include:
• Concept Design
• Maximising Site Density
• Project Managing the External Design Team
• Pre-application Drawings
• Planning Applications
• S106 Planning Agreements
• Planning Appeals

We are able to provide initial viability sketch schemes, through to detailed planning application and extensions submissions, and have experience with large scale development projects as well as single plots. We incorporate a number of factors into each design, including sustainability in energy and water usage, use of local materials, commercial viability and the buildings’ users.

Planning and Architectural Services

Planning rules and regulations are constantly changing.  Current knowledge of planning laws and constraints are crucial to successful planning applications.  We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with each of the many rapid changes taking place in planning policy.  This includes emerging guidelines as well as statutory requirements.  Adam Roberts Consultancy are committed to transparency; we keep our clients fully informed of progress with each project, and alert you immediately to any changes.

Our in-house team will work to bring your scheme to fruition with a friendly and professional approach.  For any questions about any of our architectural design or planning services, contact Adam Roberts Consultancy.
